If you lose your phone, then do not worry. Simply get in touch by emailing us at support@xonder.co.uk and we’ll be able to disable the app from your device. Please be aware that you can still use the app on any other device(s) as long as you’ve previously logged in to the Xonder app from it before.
After you’ve set up your new phone, you can just download the app and login as usual as long as you’re using the same number. If however, you have a new phone number, please make sure to call us first so that your account can be updated.
