If you have forgotten your password to enter your Xonder Business Account then do not worry. If you follow the steps below, you’ll be back into your account in no time.

1. Open up the Xonder app and click Forgot Password under the login section.
2. Here it will ask you to enter the email you signed up to the Xonder Business Account app with.
3. Once you have done that, you will need to check the inbox of the email address you gave earlier.
4. You will receive an email from the team here at Xonder, guiding you through how to reset your password and create a new one so that you can successfully sign into the app again.
