To close your additional account you will need to head over to the Xonder Chat. This can be found in the Settings which is located in the top right corner of your Xonder App screen. Once in the Settings, you will want to click on the last option on the list labelled Need Help? Here you can talk to our Support Team to get your account closed down.
Please bear in mind that you will need to wait for any card transaction on the account to be completed and ensure that there is no money left in the account before closing. If however, in the future you decide to re-open your additional account, we can do that for you. It will be reactivated with the same account details.
