Yes. When we close your account, you will have the opportunity to keep your transaction history. You can also request your transaction history for a Xonder account that was previously closed, as long as satisfactory ID is provided.
What’s the process?
- You can request to receive your transaction history when your account is closed by contacting our customer service team via the in-app chat in Xonder or by emailing us at support@xonder.co.uk
- If you’ve already closed your account, contact our customer support team via the in-app chat in Xonder or by emailing us at support@xonder.co.uk
- Subject to satisfactory ID and verification checks, we’ll send you a confirmation email and an SMS containing a password to access your transaction history.
